She may not appraise your house as it's a perfect one. But she does tell truth and shares her professional opinions on pricing, timing and what details do matter. These are important for sellers and usually where sellers need their agent most. The contractor she recommended finished the work neatly and timely. The moment I felt most appreciated for having Carla is when buyer's mortgage appraisal went way-off the contract price.
