Contact HOA for parking decals and magnetic key cards which are used to access the fitness center and pool areas. HOA oversees streets within the community, sidewalks, landscaping, snow removal and all amenties such as fitness center, pools, tennis courts, basketball court, dog run and waterfront promenades.
